Terms and conditions

What is sold here

This site sells digital content (PDF guides and courses, delivered by download) and one-to-one sessions (mentoring, co-parenting and couples therapy). There are no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no postage and no delivery times.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is made when you place the order. The guides marked as free cost nothing: we ask for your email in order to send them and to be able to write to you, and you can leave that list whenever you like.

Delivery

Digital content becomes available as soon as the payment is confirmed, through a link sent to the order email and also in your account. The link is personal and belongs to that purchase. Sessions are booked by email, after payment.

Accounts

You need an account to buy. That is where your materials are kept, so you can download them again without depending on an email that gets lost. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving a reason (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014).

There is an exception that applies here and that you should know before buying: for digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right ends when the download begins, provided the buyer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of that right (article 17(1)(m)). By downloading a file, that is what happens.

As long as you have not downloaded, you can withdraw and we refund the full amount. Just write to info@naturalmentemulher.pt with the order reference. For sessions not yet held, the right applies in full.

If a file will not open, is incomplete or does not match what was advertised, that is not a withdrawal - it is a lack of conformity, and you are entitled to have it replaced or refunded. Tell us and we will sort it out.

Privacy (GDPR)

Who handles your data

Ana Pinto, at the contact details above. For any question about your data, write to info@naturalmentemulher.pt.

What we collect, what for, and on what basis

  • Name, email and billing details (tax number and address, if you give them) - to process the order and issue the invoice. Basis: performance of the contract and compliance with a legal obligation.
  • Email on the mailing list - to send you the guides and what Ana writes. Basis: your consent, confirmed by a click in an email we send you. You withdraw it with one click at the bottom of any message.
  • Messages from the contact form - to reply to you. Basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in answering those who write to us.
  • Site performance measurements (loading times) - with no name, no email and no personal identifier. They exist to make the site faster.

Who else touches it

The site is hosted on servers in the European Union. Payment is processed by a payment service provider, which receives the data needed for the transaction - your card details never pass through this site. Emails are sent from our own mail server. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and there is no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site.

For how long

Billing data is kept for the period tax law requires (10 years). Your email on the mailing list stays until you withdraw it. Contact messages stay while they are useful for the matter and are deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to the processing. Write to info@naturalmentemulher.pt and we reply within the legal deadline. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD - cnpd.pt.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only: the ones that keep you signed in and the cart working. Without them the site does not work - so there is no consent to ask for and nothing to refuse.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics and no social network pixels. If that changes, this page changes first and there will be a real choice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, with the consequence that the session and the cart stop working.

Dispute resolution

In a consumer dispute you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. Which one is competent depends on where you live; the full list is on the Portuguese consumer portal, consumidor.gov.pt.

You also have the electronic Complaints Book at your disposal: livroreclamacoes.pt.

Portuguese law applies.
